Our Services

    • Acknowledgements $15 per notarization

      + Travel fee (Varies on location)

      An acknowledgement verifies the identity of the signer and confirms that the document was signed willingly.

    • Jurats$15 per notarization

      + $10 for Oath & Affirmation + Travel fee (Varies on location)

      A jurat requires the signer to personally appear, sign the document in my presence, and take an oath or affirmation.

    • Oaths & Affirmations $10

      Formal promises to tell the truth, this service is often required for legal affidavits, depositions, and testimonies.

    • Signature Witnessing

      Witnessing the signing of a document, simply confirms that the signature is genuine.

    • Field Inspections

      Field inspection services for mortgage servicers, insurance companies, and property management firms. Services include property condition inspections, occupancy and vacancy verification, exterior and interior photo documentation, insurance loss site inspections, mortgage field inspections.

    • Mobile Convenience Fee

      • Local Travel Fee $25 (Lakewood, Littleton, Golden, Wheat Ridge)

      • Extended Travel Fee $35 (Englewood, Arvada, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Genesee Park)

      • Extended Travel Fee $45 (Westminster, Glendale, Lone Tree)

      • Extended Travel Fee $55 ( Aurora, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Brighton)

    • After Hours Service Fee: $25

  • Under Colorado law, we cannot:

    • Provide legal advice

    • Draft legal documents

    • Explain and select what documents are needed to be notarized
